We offer FWD X Sony Xperia™ mobile screen protection plan with coverage of up to HK$800

FWD will cover accidental damage to the screen of designated new Sony Xperia™ mobile phones1 purchased from any Sony Xperia™ authorised dealer in Hong Kong. During the policy period, if you break your mobile screen by accident anywhere in the world, you may claim a one-time reimbursement of up to HK$800 per policy period.

Please note that the application for "MonCare" Mobile Screen Protection Plan will not be accepted after 30 November, 2016. If policyholder has any enquiry about lodging a claim, please read the Claim Procedure for details.

Claim Procedure

Fill out the online claim form
Upload the purchase invoice issued by any Sony Xperia™authorised dealer in Hong Kong, the repair invoice and the maintenance order3 issued by the authorised Sony Xperia™ repairer in Hong Kong2
Once the claim is approved, the settlement cheque will be sent to your correspondence address in Hong Kong; or you may collect the cheque at any of our Customer Service Centres. All cheques will be issued in Hong Kong dollars and can only be deposited in the banks located in Hong Kong.
1 Designated mobile phones: Sony Xperia™ XZ, Sony Xperia™ X Compact, Sony Xperia™ X Performance, Sony Xperia™ X, Sony Xperia™ XA Ultra, Sony Xperia™ XA, Sony Xperia™ Z5 Premium and Sony Xperia™ Z5.
